This is the last single from Childmind before we unleash the album. ”Glow” is something quite different in comparison to the previously released singles from Childmind.
We’re hearing the psych rock-influences that we’re used to hearing when it comes to Childmind, but we’re also getting some Motown and soul. This is truly one beautiful song, telling a story about one of the biggest experiences in life. Enjoy!

On September 14th, we’re having a release party at Gothenburgs greatest venue Pustervik, celebrating the debut LP from Childmind.
The album is officially released on the 25th of September – 100 limited white 12″ LPs. We will have the LP for sale at the party if you want to get it before it hits the stores.

In a dark space between 80s/90s shoegaze and electronic music, we find Isoberlinia. This new duo from Stockholm has created a perfect collection of songs that sounds so good that it would be a crime not to release it.
Their soundscape is built upon atmospheric soothing guitars driven by electronic beats, creating an almost trip hop-feeling, and embedded within is a voice that’s as soft as it is enigmatic.
Isoberlinia’s combination of reverb-drenched guitars and electronic elements reminds us of acts such as The Bowery Electric, Sneaker Pimps, Memoryhouse and Slowdive(band), but they still have a distinct sound of their own that’s completely unique.
The first single ”Heartcage” is out on May 15th, and it’s the first taste from their debut EP that we are releasing on August 29th.
When listening to the Gothenburg based act Seabiscuit, you enter a strange little world of its own. The sounds captivate you and suck you in, and once you’re in – you want to stay there and hide forever.
You find yourself enjoying the forgotten soundtrack of a suggestive retro video game that never existed, combined with lo-fi guitars playing mystical adorable notes. The atmosphere created by the music tells you a story, and you can almost see it pan out in front of you. A distorted drum beat is blasting away in the horizon, and dreamy crisp chords are spreading out across the vivid coloured sky. You like it here. This could definitely be your home. Here comes the next song, and it’s a beautiful lonely guitar strumming away in the darkness, sounding as if it was played in another time. I’ll never leave this place, you think to yourself while closing your eyes tighter and tighter.

Childmind continues to refine psych rock and with his second single ”Crystal”, Hannes Glans – the mastermind multi-instrumentalist behind Childmind – takes the rhythmic experimentation one step further with groovy odd time signatures while also flirting with folk rock sounds and guitars that let the mind wander off to innovative classics like Zeppelins ”Black Mountain Side”, still letting influences from the likes of King Gizzard and Unknown Mortal Orchestra shine through.
The dark techno artist The Cell is back with a pulsating track suited for those late and hazy summer nights post sunset. ’Daybreak Dreams’ is as industrial and gloomy as it is warm and dreamy, and features the voice and collaboration of electro artist Mira Aasma.
Pink Milk is playing Subkultfestivalen tonight! They’ll start playing at 18.15 at the biggest stage, called ”Aura”.

Childmind is the alter ego and wildly creative outlet of psyche-rock multi-instrumentalist Hannes Glans.
With equal amounts of playfulness and groove, he mixes influences from King Gizzard and Unknown Mortal Orchestra with guitar harmonies, odd time signatures and improvisation in a way that would surely make Frank Zappa nod approvingly.
Hannes sings and plays all the instruments on the debut album that is due out later this year on Black Hair Records, and the first taste of the album is the single ”By Design” that comes out on June 1st.
On June 8th, Childmind will make its first show and perform live as a band on Pish Club at HPKSM in Gothenburg.
Pink Milk is now confirmed for the Swedish festivals Trästockfestivalen (Skellefteå) and Festival Del Mar (Göteborg). Previously confirmed is also Subkultfestivalen (Trollhättan).
